Red, White and Blue…original version…
Fourth of July!
Time to celebrate…fire up the grill, make a pretty dessert and set a beautiful table!
Isn’t that what we Tablescape Divas do best?!
I want to wish all of my tablescaping friends a very happy 4th of July!
Enjoy!
And now…a continuation, in a slightly different version, of my Red, White and Blue tablescape.Remember… this was my setting from last week?
Originally, I placed some of the red carnations and white daisies in 3 cobalt blue bottles that I have and then I placed the star “wreaths” under each (there’s a close up further down). I really liked this but I wanted a little more elegant feeling which is why I switched to the silver teapot with the red and white flowers…which you can see here.
It really is easy to set a pretty and patriotic table…
Aren’t these etched glasses just beautiful…I have wanted glasses like these for a long time but didn’t want to pay the price…Prince Charming found these at an unbelievable price and surprised me with them!
I did end up placing this trio on my kitchen island for the week…the flowers have passed but I may recreate it for the weekend!
Please go and say hello to our lovely hostess, Susan at Between Naps on the Porch , and visit the ladies who have set some pretty tables for you to peruse!
Thanks so much for stopping by…I always enjoy your visits…I’ll be by soon to say hello!
