Focus on Beauty This Summer

This week, I’m keeping it short and sweet because I’m soaking up some much-needed SUMMERTIME FUN with my family. I hope you’re finding moments to do the same! SUMMER seems to slip by so quickly, doesn’t it? The LONG DAYS filled with sunshine, laughter, and togetherness are a precious gift, and it’s important to CELEBRATE LIFE with those you love.

As we enter the last few weeks of August, I’m especially mindful of how fleeting this season can be. It’s a gentle reminder to FOCUS ON BEAUTY—whatever that means to you—instead of letting MISERY steal your joy. It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness, the stresses, and the little annoyances that can dampen our spirits. But what if we chose to shift our focus?

I challenge you to take a few moments this week to reflect. Grab a piece of paper or your journal, and write down three ways you can FOCUS ON BEAUTY and three ways you can DELETE MISERY from your focus. Maybe it’s as simple as taking a walk in nature, spending quality time with your family, or enjoying a quiet cup of tea on the porch.

Remember, life is filled with BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS—if we choose to see them. Let’s make this our year to SPARKLE & SHINE by intentionally choosing JOY and GRATITUDE in the everyday moments.
