I adhere to the belief that practical can and should be pretty…and when it’s PINK, practical and pretty…all the better! Therefore, I am always on the lookout for practical items in various shades of PINK (and purple). I was thrilled to find not one, but two sets of mixing bowls at a Williams Sonoma outlet store a few years back.

Each set has three bowls, one set is melamine with spouts and the other set is stoneware with a pretty pattern around the outside. I love the sizes, the color and I use them just about everyday!

The other little bowl you see is a Chantal individual pie dish that I found at TJ Maxx. It is oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe…how practical is that?! I would LOVE to find more of these!

What? Oh…the little PINK birds? Aren’t they adorable?! I found those a few years ago at a craft store…they’re tree ornaments! I set them out in vignettes, my china cabinets, tablescapes and anywhere else they decide to flutter to! Cute, aren’t they?!
